The Andres ‘Andy’ Ramos Jr. Park to temporarily close
LAREDO, Texas—Effective immediately, the Andres ‘Andy’ Ramos Jr. Park located at 4300 Springfield will be closed to the public for construction of a wrought iron fence. The construction closure is expected to last 3 to 4 weeks (weather permitting).
